Moderation

Moderation involves the handling of content at both domain and server levels.

Reporting

Users may report content for review by domain moderators.

If a domain moderator deems it necessary, reported content may be escalated to other involved domains or servers.

The server may be configured with one or more file hash providers.

When files are uploaded to the server, hashes will be calculated and referenced against providers.

If a match is found, the server will prevent access to the file and generate incident reports at the domain and server levels.

When reviewing reports, administrators may select from several actions, such as report dismissal, content removal, user suspension, and banishment.

If a report is dismissed, future reports of the same content will be logged but otherwise excluded from the moderator inbox.
